In 2018, my precious daughter, Gemma Bella, was born sleeping, forever making me part of the “1 in 4.” Dominic was just seven at the time. Her loss gave me a deep compassion for EVERY mama walking through struggles that no one else can see. I carry her with me in everything I do - including my mission to help women care for themselves, find confidence again, and know they are never alone.
This is a safe space, momma. Whether you’re battling hormones yours and/or your childs or struggling to put your shoes on the right foot—lol—this is a space for YOU...🫶
